FOUNDER, PRESIDENT, & CHIEF PILOT

Brandon Cheung is a CFII with 1,600+ hours and a degree from Embry-Riddle, known for his leadership in aviation outreach and education. He now awaits a PSA Airlines class date while building The Pilots Collective to improve flight training and community.

NICHOLAS MONTERO

CO-FOUNDER & VICE PRESIDENT

Nicholas Montero is a commercial pilot, Embry-Riddle graduate, and Certified Flight Instructor with a hands-on approach to aviation. As a co-founder of The Pilots Collective, he focuses on expanding access to quality instruction and real-world flight readiness.

ROBERT JONES

CO-FOUNDER & TREASURER

Robert Jones is a CFI with over four years of experience in Flight Training Administration and Airport Operations. Coming from a family of educators, Robert channels his heritage of teaching into his passion for instructing the next generation of aviators.

SECRETARY

Ryan Booth is the Secretary of the Pilots Collective, an AGI finishing his Commercial certificate. Inspired by his grandfather, he brings passion and leadership to the Collective and hopes to help students who have lost the fun in flying rediscover it.

NOAH MADMON

DIRECTOR OF SAFETY

Noah Madmon is our Director of Safety, blending his Marine Corps background and avionics expertise with a passion for aviation. He leads safety initiatives, implements SMS-based procedures, and builds a strong, community-driven safety culture.
