PRESIDENT
Nicholas Montero is a CFI/CFII and Embry-Riddle graduate with a hands-on approach to aviation. As a co-founder of The Pilots Collective, he focuses on expanding access to quality instruction and real-world flight readiness.
VICE-PRESIDENT
Robert Jones is a co-founder and CFI/CFII with over four years of experience in flight training administration and airport operations. Coming from a family of educators, Robert channels his heritage of teaching into his passion for instructing the next generation of aviators.
TREASURER
Ryan Booth is the Treasurer of the Pilots Collective and an instrument rated private pilot. Inspired by his grandfather, he brings passion and leadership to the Collective and hopes to help students who have lost the fun in flying rediscover it.
ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTOR
Noah Madmon is our Administrative Director, blending his Marine Corps background and avionics expertise with a passion for aviation. He leads safety initiatives, implements SMS-based procedures, and builds a strong, community-driven safety culture.
