Hangar Hangouts are monthly community meetups designed to connect pilots, students, instructors, and aviation enthusiasts in a welcoming, purposeful environment. Each event follows a simple agenda: introductions and roles, celebrating recent achievements, sharing something new learned that month, and opening the floor to group discussion. It’s a space to reflect, grow, and build connections beyond the cockpit. After the hangout, we head to a local restaurant to continue the conversation in a more casual setting—because building a strong aviation community doesn’t stop when the meeting ends.

Flyouts are group flights where pilots, students, and aviation enthusiasts take to the skies together and head to a shared destination—whether it’s for breakfast, a scenic stop, or a regional event. These flights are designed to build community, improve planning and communication skills, and give newer pilots a chance to experience cross-country flying alongside others. It’s a fun, low-pressure way to explore new airports, share the flying experience, and connect with fellow aviators both in the air and on the ground.

Our service events are all about giving back to the community through aviation. Whether it’s volunteering with programs like Young Eagles, hosting discovery flights, supporting aviation outreach, or assisting with search and rescue operations alongside the sheriff’s office, these events connect flying with a greater purpose. They give pilots and students a chance to use their skills to serve others, inspire future aviators, and contribute to public safety. Through these efforts, we strengthen our connection to the community while helping pilots grow in leadership, communication, and mission-focused flying.
